Alexandria Housing Authority Board Chair Jannease Seastrunk and Alexandria Housing Authority Executive Director Stephan Fontenot (center with scissors) jointly cut the ribbon Tuesday morning, July 6, at the Royal Cambridge housing community. Comprised of three distinct affordable housing sites -- Woodland Pointe, Cambridge Place and Royal Ridge -- totaling 384 units for families, the $50 million project is the result of a partnership between the Alexandria Housing Authority and BGC Advantage.
