The South Central Planning and Development Commission. SCPDC is working with the State of Louisiana’s Office of Community Development operating the Restore Louisiana Small Business Loan Program. Their Alexandria office is located in the Chamber of Commerce Building at 1118 3rd Street, in downtown Alexandria.
The Restore program is a loan program for small businesses in the area that have suffered physical or financial damages from Hurricanes Laura or Delta. The program provides 0% interest loans from 10K to 150K, and with exception approved by OCD, as much as $250K. The loans are 7 year term loans, no closing costs, no origination fee, six month deferral on first payment and 40% forgiveness of the loan amount once the borrower has paid back 60% of the loan.
